How to set up routes, vehicles and drivers

Routes connect your stops in order. Vehicles and drivers are then linked to routes.

Create a route

1. Go to Transport Management > Transport Routes.
2. Add a new route, for example "Route 1 – Gomti Nagar".
3. Add the route details and the stops it covers.
4. Save.

Add vehicles

1. Go to Transport Management > Vehicles.
2. Add each vehicle with its registration number and seating capacity.
3. Save.

Add drivers

1. Go to Transport Management > Drivers.
2. Add each driver's details and documents.
3. Save.

Tips

• Keep driver licences and vehicle documents up to date.
• Make sure each route's vehicle has enough seats for its students.
