The agreement between your Institution and ClassCommand for using our school management platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ClassCommand's website, web console, mobile apps and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Coding Warriors ("ClassCommand", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing an order form, or using the Service in any way, an Institution and its authorised representative agree to be bound by these Terms.
Individual users — teachers, students, parents and staff — access the Service through accounts issued by their Institution and agree to these Terms as a condition of that access.
ClassCommand is a school management ERP offering modules that may include admissions, attendance, fee management, examination and grading, timetable scheduling, transport tracking, library and hostel management, HR and payroll, communication tools, and role-based portals for admins, teachers, students and parents. An Institution may enable or disable modules based on its subscription plan.
We may add, change or discontinue features from time to time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify Institutions of material changes affecting their use of the Service.
The Institution is responsible for:
Users agree to use the Service only for legitimate school-related purposes and in accordance with their Institution's policies.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
We may suspend accounts that violate this section to protect the security and integrity of the platform for all schools. See our Security page for how we protect the platform.
The Institution retains ownership of the student, staff and academic data it enters into the Service. ClassCommand processes this data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Upon termination, the Institution may request an export of its data within a reasonable period, subject to any statutory retention obligations.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Coding Warriors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant Institutions and their users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during an active subscription. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or our intellectual property to any Institution or user.
Occasional downtime for maintenance, updates or events outside our reasonable control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access immediately where an Institution or user materially breaches these Terms, fails to pay outstanding fees, or where continued access would pose a security risk to the platform. On termination, access to the Service ends, though data export rights described in Section 7 continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassCommand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by the Institution for the subscription term in which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to Institution administrators in advance; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
