Your school details appear on fee receipts, report cards, ID cards and in the Class Command app, so keep them accurate.
Update school details
- Go to System Settings > School Settings.
- Update the details that have changed.
- Save.
Other settings
Under System Settings you will also find:
- General Settings – general options for your school
- Fee Settings – options for fees and receipts
- Report Card Settings – the layout of report cards
- ID Card Settings – the layout of student ID cards
- Admit Card Settings – the layout of admit cards
Tips
- After changing your logo or address, print a sample receipt or report card to check how it looks.
- Only school administrators should change settings.
