It can feel convenient for the office to share one login. It causes real problems.
Why shared logins are risky
- You cannot tell who made a change, such as a fee correction.
- One leaked password exposes everyone's access.
- When a staff member leaves, they still know the shared password.
Use individual accounts
- Add teachers through Faculty Management > Faculty Enrollment so each teacher has their own login.
- Make sure each office staff member has their own account.
- Ask everyone to set their own strong password.
When staff change roles or leave
- Update their access when their responsibilities change.
- Make sure they can no longer log in on their last working day. Contact support if you need help.
Summary
One person, one login. It keeps your records accurate and your school's data safe.
